Complaint Handling:

  • - A call from our team to discuss your complaint
  • - If you are dissatisfied with the response you will need to complete a complaint form and return it to us
  • - Once received your complaint will be explored and discussed by our team
  • - The conclusion will be generated within 28 working days
  • - You will be informed of our conclusion and advised of our intended response/action plan
  • - If you are still completely dissatisfied with our response please write to us explaining why and address the letter/email to our Principle Director, John Enticott
  • - Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use a dispute resolution ombudsman for dispute resolution.
